We would love to feature your business at First Thursdays! There are openings for a limited amount of pop-up vendors per event, so apply now if you’d like to get a spot.

We SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS

With live music and entertainment along downtown 5th street, you’ll get lots of foot traffic as a vendor.

Events are the first Thursdays of each month from May to September in downtown Madras, Oregon.

Patrons stroll down 5th street to discover local businesses and enjoy performances by Central Oregon’s favorite artists.

2024 dates:

  • May 2nd: 80s/Neon theme
  • June 6th: Flowers & Fairies theme
  • July 13th: Dance party/dress-up contest (on 2nd Saturday, NOT 1st Thursday)
  • ¬†August 1st: Swinging 50s/Pin-up theme
  • September 5th: Disney theme/kids carnival

FOOD VENDORS must provide proof of current Health Certificate and Insurance before setting up.

Times, Spaces & Fees: please read *very* carefully before submitting your form

First Thursdays run from 5 pm to dark each month. Vendors are expected to stay until the end of the event. Early tear down will result in a $10 fine.

Vendors MUST being setting up by 3 pm and be ready to sell by 4:45 pm. The Vendor Coordinator will email your site location and any other information on Monday of the weeks you are vending. Vendors who arrive late without authorization from Vendor Coordinator will incur a $10 fine.

Each vendor must provide their own market tent (if desired) and tables.

Spaces are 10×10 and may be in sun or shade. If you need more space, you will need to pay for 2 spots.

No power is available. If you need power, you will be responsible for bringing your own generators.

If you no-show, you will not be allowed back as a vendor.

Fees (apply if you are representing any “for profit” business)

  • Non-Member: $50 per commercial space per month¬†
  • Non-Profit/Info-Only booth: $25 deposit (will be returned when you setup)

Fees must be paid within 48 hours of receipt to secure your spot.

*If you no show, or are repeatedly late/tear down early, you can be terminated as a vendor.
